Job Summary
Physical Therapist Inpatient (PT IP) Location: Unknown. This position involves providing physical therapy services within an acute inpatient and rehabilitation setting. The role supports a busy department treating approximately 10 to 12 patients per day, with shifts primarily scheduled from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: BLS certification; state licensure; at least 1 year of licensed experience in acute inpatient or rehab.
• Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts per week, working from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Responsibilities: Primarily working in inpatient rehab, with potential coverage in ICU depending on experience and need. May involve float to acute settings as volumes fluctuate.
• Additional Information: Requires working rotating weekends approximately every 4th weekend unless assigned as their regular weekend shift. Holiday work as needed. Typically, 2-3 days of departmental orientation are expected before start. Scrubs are permitted but must be distinguishable from other departments.
• Submission Requirements: Must have license to submit; experience with EMR system EPIC.
