Treasury Management Officer II

As Treasury Management Officer II, you will manage client relationships, grow sales, and drive revenue within PNC's Treasury Management Sales group. You will assess client needs, analyze financials, and position treasury solutions while mitigating risk. The role spans multiple locations (Denver, Phoenix, Seattle, Portland) and emphasizes collaboration, client loyalty, and a strong knowledge of treasury products. You will work with cross-functional teams to expand share of wallet and deliver value at scale.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate relationship management with new and existing clients to grow sales and market share
• Handle origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of non-credit products and services
• Assess and mitigate regulatory, reputational, and operational risks aligned with the business
• Identify client opportunities through strategic dialogue and opportunity quantification
• Maintain and leverage internal and external relationships to acquire or expand clients and enhance experience
• Ensure awareness of PNC's full product suite and leverage reporting and sales tools to convert opportunities
• Analyze treasury product knowledge, benchmarking, and solution positioning as defined with the business

Key requirements

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience
• University degree required; Bachelor's preferred
• Strong knowledge of treasury products and market benchmarking
• Ability to work with moderate supervision and within guidelines
