This position is offering a pay rate of $38.71/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Job Summary:
This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing the demonstration and learning center fleet and support equipment ensuring they are in proper working order. Typical task breakdown:
- Standard Operating Procedures: Knowledge of established standard operating procedures (SOP); ability to design, implement and evaluate standard operating procedures affecting daily and strategic business operations in order to increase operational efficiency.
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
- Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
- Heavy Equipment Maintenance: Knowledge of techniques, procedures, and tools used in the maintenance of heavy equipment; ability to use this knowledge to identify, resolve and prevent issues in heavy equipment and maximize their performance.
- Manufacturing Operations: Knowledge of manufacturing operations; ability to perform day-to-day operations of a manufacturing plant or facility for products.
- Troubleshooting Technical Problems: Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, detect and resolve technical problems in a manufacturing environment.

Education & Experience Required:
- Degree not required.
- HS Diploma required
