Technical Consultant - Patient Monitoring

Responsibilities Deliver onsite and remote technical support, responding quickly to customer issues Ensure reliable system performance by diagnosing and resolving system, network, and application issues Support the full lifecycle of complex patient monitoring and IT infrastructure solutions Apply understanding of customer environments to ensure effective system implementation Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of system configurations Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including senior engineers, clinical partners, sales, and service teams Continuously build technical expertise and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives Requirements 2.5+ years of professional working experience in IT services or related technical environments Experience with patient monitoring, telemetry units, ventilators, and defibrillators highly preferred Foundational understanding of IT systems, networking concepts, and technical troubleshooting Computer networking certification preferred (e.g. CompTIA Network+, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), or equivalent/higher level certification) Associated degree in computer science, biomedical, engineering, or related field of study, or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree preferred Ability to travel for business (approximately 75% travel across specified geography) #J-18808-Ljbffr
