Customer Service Representative

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner
• Assist customers with product information, orders, and issue resolution
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers
• Handle customer complaints and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Document customer interactions and transactions in the database
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved

• Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with composure
• Proficient in using customer service software and MS Office
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
