Picture your day: you start with a quick safety check on your stand-up reach truck, scan your first pick ticket, and guide pallets from multi-level racking with precision. You pivot from receiving inbound product to staging outbound orders, all while keeping inventory accurate and the aisleways clear. About the RoleAs a High-Reach Order Picker Operator, you’ll support shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities in our Clinton, NC warehouse. You’ll operate stand-up reach trucks, cherry pickers/order pickers, and sit-down or stand-up forklifts to move, store, and retrieve inventory—safely and efficiently.
What You'll Handle- Pick, process, and verify customer orders for accuracy.
- Operate stand-up reach trucks, cherry pickers, and forklifts to move and retrieve inventory.
- Transport, put away, and retrieve pallets from multi-level storage racks.
- Receive, unload, inspect, and stock incoming shipments.
- Stage, replenish, and prepare products for outbound shipments.
- Use an MDS scanning gun to scan and track inventory.
- Identify damaged, missing, or surplus inventory and report discrepancies.
- Perform daily equipment safety inspections and follow battery-charging procedures.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and follow warehouse safety procedures.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Hands-on experience operating a reach truck and cherry picker/order picker.
- Experience with both sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Two to five years of warehouse equipment experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory tracking systems.
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift and regularly lift 45 pounds or more.
- Reliable work history, clear communication, and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
