Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner - Crypto & Digital Assets to drive the product vision, roadmap, and execution for enterprise digital asset platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in product ownership, financial services, books and records, reconciliation, and digital asset lifecycle management. Experience with blockchain, crypto custody, and AI-assisted product management is highly preferred.
This role will partner with engineering, compliance, legal, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable, and regulatory-compliant digital asset solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for digital asset posting, books & records, and lifecycle servicing
- Define business workflows for trade capture, posting, reconciliation, settlement, reporting, and exception handling
- Ensure digital asset transactions are accurately posted, reconciled, and audit-ready
- Partner with engineering, technical project managers, and architects to deliver enterprise digital asset solutions
- Work closely with legal, compliance, finance, and risk teams to ensure regulatory compliance
- Utilize AI-assisted tools to create product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow diagrams, and executive presentations
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, roadmap reviews, stakeholder demos, and release readiness activities
- Support UAT, production rollout, post-launch monitoring, and continuous product improvements
- Define and monitor product KPIs and success metrics
- Drive continuous improvement across digital asset operations and product delivery processes
