We take pride in our dedication to our members and our continuous growth.As a vital member of our team, you'll help members achieve their financial goals through our "Let's Win. Together." principle. You'll engage with members to understand their financial needs, ensure efficient transactions, and educate them on our products and services. You'll also support daily branch operations.We're looking for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills, strong sales abilities, good computer skills, and a passion for helping members and teammates. Previous experience in credit union or bank cash handling is preferred, and a GED or high school diploma is required.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Maintain knowledge of LOC products, services, platforms, policies and procedures to maximize cross-sell opportunities and to troubleshoot issuesProvide exceptional and friendly service to every memberProcess transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan paymentsAnswer members questions and resolve any issues with a positive attitudeBe willing to work at least one Saturday per month and travel to other branches occasionallyOur team describes LOC as transparent, evolving, friendly, collaborative, and welcoming.
