Job Description & Skill Requirements:
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct capacity analysis, workforce planning, and resource allocation to support production requirements and operational targets.
- Lead production readiness assessments for new and existing manufacturing programs, identifying capacity, process, staffing, and resource requirements.
- Design and optimize manufacturing layouts using AutoCAD and SolidWorks to improve workflow, productivity, safety, material flow, and space utilization.
- Lead and supervise a team of Industrial Engineers and IE Technicians, providing technical direction and supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations.
- Support the deployment, maintenance, and sustainment of workforce planning and Labor Management Systems (LMS), including Raptor, STATIS, ARCH, and other labor management tools.
Required Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of Industrial Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- 2-5 years of experience leading engineers, technicians, or technical teams.
- Experience supporting CapEx analysis, labor savings calculations, and manufacturing business cases.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
