Job Description Pay Rate: $18/ hour - Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it. The Laundry Supervisor plays a vital role in delivering a comfortable and memorable guest experience. This position oversees daily laundry operations, leads and develops a dedicated team, and ensures all linens and supplies meet Westgate’s high standards. By maintaining efficient processes, managing inventory and equipment, and supporting housekeeping needs, this role helps ensure every guest enjoys a clean, seamless stay in the heart of Branson. What you will do: Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of laundry professionals by overseeing staffing, training, scheduling, and performance management to build a strong, engaged team. Monitor daily operations to ensure service, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met or exceeded. Sort, track, and count linen and laundry items to ensure precise inventory control and availability. Oversee chemical inventory and ensure proper usage, safety, and replenishment at all times. Create and manage weekly team schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels and seamless operations. Organize timely pickup and delivery of laundry across rooms and properties to support smooth guest and housekeeping operations. Ensure the Housekeeping Department is always stocked with linen and supplies for guest checkouts and daily needs. Ensure all laundry equipment is properly maintained, cleaned daily, and fully operational. Identify issues early and submit work orders promptly to minimize downtime. Enforce company policies with professionalism, ensuring disciplinary actions and documentation meet standards. Ensure Laundry Attendants and Wash Personnel consistently meet performance expectations. Train, assign, and direct work while recognizing achievements, resolving challenges, and continuously improving team performance. Other responsibilities assigned by management team. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a fast-paced operational environment. Prior experience in laundry, housekeeping, or a related hospitality setting preferred, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities. Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Dependable with a strong commitment to consistent, reliable attendance. Must be able to understand and speak English effectively. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Flexible schedule to support peak resort periods and operational needs. Ability to safely lift, pull, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis as part of daily operational duties. Work is performed in a laundry facility environment with regular exposure to heat, humidity, and cleaning chemicals. Noise levels are typically moderate, consistent with an active laundry operation.
