Ancira Partners Chevrolet GMC Cuero is hiring an automotive technician to join our growing service department. This role is ideal for a motivated technician who is quality-minded, coachable, and eager to build a long-term career in automotive service.

Compensation:

Training & development:

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and repairs as outlined on repair orders
• Assist with diagnostics and inspections
• Learn and follow dealership and manufacturer repair standards
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year automotive or lube technician experience preferred
• Technical school training preferred
• Must have own basic tools
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet insurability requirements
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to learn
• Basic computer skills
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Subject to background check, MVR, and drug testing
