Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Hannah's Gift ABA is hiring two BCBAs in the Denver metro. This is an in-person role providing ABA services in homes and schools. Pay is $45 to $85 per hour, W2, plus a signing bonus. All working time is paid, including documentation and supervision hours. The role Manage your own caseload with full clinical ownership: treatment plans, goals, and clinical decisions Supervise and mentor RBTs in home and school settings Provide parent and caregiver guidance Complete progress reports and ongoing documentation in CentralReach What working here looks like Initial assessments and intake reports are completed before a case transfers to you, so your time goes to treatment, not setup Every RBT completes our internal training program before joining your cases, and their training continues throughout Ongoing training, case support, and direct access to our clinical director We are growing, and clinical leadership roles are filled from within Requirements Experience supervising RBTs and managing a caseload Reliable transportation within the Denver metro CentralReach experience preferred Applications accepted on an ongoing basis.
