– Draw blood samples from patients promptly and accurately, including pediatric and geriatric populations – Prepare specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures – Explain procedures clearly to patients to foster trust and confidence – Maintain safe, clean, and professional working environment – Record and document all specimen collection and related activities accurately – Demonstrate a focus on process excellence and confidentiality throughout daily tasks – Perform the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties as directed – Support team efforts by performing assigned activities independently and timely – Ensure all safety protocols are followed during patient interaction and specimen handling – Promote positive patient experiences by providing compassionate and professional service

– Strong phlebotomy skills with demonstrated experience drawing blood samples – Ability to perform error-free work in a fast-paced environment – Excellent customer service skills in a retail or service setting – Proficiency in keyboard and data entry tasks – Ability to work independently with minimal supervision – Experience with specimen collection and processing – Confidence in handling clinical and forensic blood draws

– High school diploma or equivalent required – Phlebotomy certification preferred; required in California, Nevada, and Washington – Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred – Minimum of 6 months of related work experience required; 1+ years preferred – Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 6am-3pm, with rotational Saturday shifts from 6am-12pm – Availability to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed – Strong organizational skills and attention to detail – Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
