As a Medical Laboratory Scientist, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality laboratory services and contributing to groundbreaking advancements in healthcare.

Your Role:

Conduct Advanced Laboratory Testing: Perform intricate procedures in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and blood banking.
Maintain Laboratory Equipment: Ensure all equipment is operating correctly and providing accurate test results.
Analyze Data: Interpret lab results with precision while adhering to rigorous quality control standards.
Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with medical teams to ensure accurate patient diagnosis and effective treatment plans.
Engage in Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing professional development and quality enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Educational Background: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science/Technology or a related field.
Certification: ASCP or similar certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT).
Experience: Familiarity with Epic is a plus.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
