Housekeeper

Compensation Starting hourly pay: $18.26 - $27.60 per hour. Quarterly bonus opportunity of up to $3,200 per year based on hotel results. Benefits Quarterly bonuses (separate from base salary). Perform various cleaning services to keep rooms and public spaces tidy according to established standards. Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs. Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request. Deliver a courteous and helpful service experience to guests. Requirements No previous cleaning experience required. Knowledge, skill, and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school. Ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions. Physical capability to stand, walk, push a vacuum, reach, stretch, kneel, and lift 25‑35 lb intermittently during a shift. Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
