Responsibilities Draft wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and related estate planning documents. Advise clients on estate, gift, wealth transfer, asset protection, and succession planning strategies. Manage trust and estate administration matters, including probate, fiduciary issues, and ongoing client counseling. Handle trust and estate litigation matters, including contested probates, fiduciary disputes, and related civil proceedings. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents and participate in hearings, mediations, and case strategy. Collaborate with tax, business, and financial advisors to deliver integrated planning and dispute resolution solutions. Qualifications Prior experience in trusts and estates, estate planning, trust administration, and/or fiduciary litigation. Strong drafting, analytical, and advocacy skills with the ability to independently manage matters. Licensed attorney in the state of practice or eligible for timely admission.
