Responsible for bussing tables, maintaining floor cleanliness throughout the dining room, ensure clean and sanitary restrooms throughout the shift and support the service team members in helping to provide “Outrageous” guest service. Purple Cow busser should have the ability to work positively in a high paced, team environment. Key Areas of Responsibility: Maintaining a clean station Overall cleaning of dining room and restrooms Cleaning tables Trash removal Assist the dish staff Organizing clean dishes Communicates With: Bus staff Soda Jerk Servers Dish staff Kitchen staff Management Qualifications: Good Organizational and Multi-tasking skills. Ability to stay focused on tasks Ability to work with others Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
