Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Total Wireless Manager and take the lead in delivering exceptional customer service while managing daily store operations. Duties
- Assist in supervising daily store operations, ensuring all activities align with company standards and policies
- Support onboarding, and training new team members to promote a knowledgeable and customer-focused staff
- Lead sales initiatives by engaging customers with wireless products and services, utilizing strong negotiation skills to maximize revenue
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maintain an attractive and organized store environment
- Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, payroll processing, and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and integrity
- Supervise shift management, ensuring efficient scheduling, customer service excellence, and adherence to safety protocols
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication, employee orientation, and leadership development
