Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days (5x8 Hours, 8:30–17:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within an oncology unit, with a focus on medical/surgical oncology
• Utilize Epic for clinical charting and documentation
• Float to other affiliated facilities as needed, provided requisite job specifications are met
• Complete required onboarding and annual modules prior to and during assignment
• Adhere to all travel compliance guidelines including RTO policies and teaching hospital standards

Required Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license — must be in hand prior to start
• BSN required
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 3 years of oncology experience (Medical/Surgical Oncology preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of total RN experience
• Teaching hospital experience required
• Ability to float to other facilities within the health system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) certification
• Experience in telephone triage nursing
• Minimum 2 years of outpatient oncology experience
