Company Description PRO EM National Event Services is a turn-key event production partner supporting events of every scale, from national sporting events and corporate activations to concerts, festivals, and private weddings. PRO EM focuses on delivering seamless installations and site operations so clients can rely on safe, efficient, and well-executed events from setup through opening. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tent Installer role based in the Greater Phoenix Area. You will assist with the installation, assembly, and breakdown of event structures, including tents, flooring, staging, barricades, and other temporary site infrastructure. Responsibilities include loading and unloading materials, operating basic hand and power tools, performing site preparation and cleanup, and following project plans and safety protocols. The role involves working closely with supervisors and crew members to complete daily tasks on schedule, maintaining equipment and tools, and supporting the construction of secure, clean, and functional event environments. The position requires reliable attendance, the ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions, and flexibility to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends as event schedules demand. Qualifications Must be 18 or older Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools, and follow all workplace health and safety guidelines. Capability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, bending, and working in varying outdoor conditions for extended periods. Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability, with willingness to follow direction and support changing event schedules.
