Behavioral Health Coordinator

Hourly Wage Estimate: $20.58 - $28.82 / hour Job Summary and Qualifications This is a court position primarily handling the Legal 2000 process working Monday through Friday, 8 Hour Days. Member of the intake department supporting the department and responsible for patient grievances acting as the unit patient advocate. Answering telephone calls, front desk reception, assisting with visitor and patient check‑in and performing clerical duties within the intake and other departments as assigned. Ensure timely and accurate communication of patient information with all members of the treatment team and the mental health court system, and assist the supervisor in maintaining efficiency on the unit. Qualifications High School Graduate or GED required. College graduate preferred in social sciences (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, etc.), healthcare administration, or a related field from an accredited school. Demonstrated Microsoft Office proficiency required. Experience with telephone systems required. Preferred – One year previous experience in Behavioral Health hospital/medical setting.
