Corporate Human Resources Director

Tallis Corp is seeking an experienced and strategic Corporate Human Resources Director to join our corporate team, supporting a growing organization that operates 9 Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) . This leadership role will oversee and guide the HR functions across all facilities, ensuring compliance, consistency, and a strong people-first culture.

Salary: $105,000 – $130,000 annually (DOE)

Position Summary
The Corporate HR Director will serve as a key partner to executive leadership and facility administrators, providing direction, support, and oversight to each facility’s HR department. This role is responsible for driving HR initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving employee engagement and retention across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee HR departments across 9 SNF locations

• Provide leadership and support to facility HR managers and staff

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and healthcare regulations

• Standardize HR policies, procedures, and best practices across all facilities

• Partner with leadership on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development

• Support recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified healthcare professionals

• Lead training and development initiatives for HR staff and leadership teams

• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to drive informed decision-making

• Assist with audits, surveys, and regulatory inspections as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)

• 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or SNF settings

• Strong knowledge of California labor laws and healthcare compliance

• Proven ability to manage multi-site HR operations

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to travel between facilities as needed
