Our organization is currently seeking a primary care internal medicine physician to join our team at a health system in San Bernardino. We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic about working in a collaborative, faith-oriented environment.

The preferred applicant will be a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician with experience in primary care. We value strong interpersonal skills and are eager to find someone who is dedicated to building relationships with patients and collaborating with them on personalized health and wellness plans. This position is entirely outpatient.

Our health system stands as the largest specialty-based and teaching health center (THC) Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in the country. In alignment with our mission and values, we offer over 900 medical residents and students from a local university the chance to serve our most vulnerable populations, empowering them to become leaders in the community.

Recognized as a Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Home by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), our health system ensures that all physicians are affiliated with a prominent health organization. This affiliation allows our patients to receive exceptional care from providers trained in more than 35 specialties. Our innovative care model enables patients to access integrated behavioral health services, dieticians, clinical pharmacists, social workers, and chaplains during the same visit if necessary. The listed compensation range is for starting base salary only and will be adjusted based on years of experience and/or faculty rank: $255,000 - $310,000. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to the specific department's compensation plans.
