What Youll Do

• Welcome and assist patients families and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
• Schedule appointments and coordinate front desk workflows
• Verify insurance and patient demographic information
• Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• High school diploma or equivalent
