Responsibilities
- Provide occupation-based therapy services to residents within a skilled nursing setting under LTCA scope.
- Assess, plan, and implement OT treatment programs addressing activities of daily living, fine motor skills, and cognitive goals.
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions to meet resident goals and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (physical therapy, nursing, social work) to optimize care plans and ensure smooth care transitions.
- Ensure documentation complies with facility policies and regulatory requirements; participate in care conferences and discharge planning.

Requirements
- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license (state-specific requirements apply)
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program
- Ability to practice in a skilled nursing facility environment and support geriatric residents
- Prior LTCA or SNF experience preferred; not required
- Willingness to travel to Butte, Montana for the 13-week assignment
- Good problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
