As a Housekeeper, you'll help ensure our facility remains fresh, tidy, and safe. You'll follow a set cleaning schedule and be ready to pitch in for unexpected needs—your efforts will directly improve the quality of life for those we serve.

Key responsibilities include:

• Following daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules
• Cleaning and maintaining floors—dry mop, wet mop, sweep, wax, buff, and disinfect as needed
• Providing emergency housekeeping services when required
• Cleaning assigned areas, furnishings, and fixtures according to set procedures
• Keeping entrances and exits clean and welcoming
• Reporting on supply shortages, equipment needs, or malfunctions to the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Safely operating and maintaining housekeeping equipment
• Performing other duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a nursing home, adult day care, or assisted living facility preferred
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision
• Dependable, flexible, and caring attitude
• Strong ability to stay on task despite interruptions
• Reliable transportation is a must
