Leasing Consultant
The Korda Group / RPK Development Corp. is dedicated to high quality management of luxury properties, senior communities, multi-family apartment communities, affordable housing and commercial properties. Founded in 1957, this family-owned company has built over 800 single family homes and condominiums, over 700 apartment units, convalescent hospitals, and commercial shopping centers. The company has grown to well over 3,000 residential units, and 350,000 square feet of commercial spaces. Job Description
• Professionally assist in leasing and overseeing the day-to-day operational management with company's policies and procedures, approved budget, business plan and management direction.
• Market the property on social media; meet and greet prospective and current tenants.
• Complete tenant move-ins and move-outs in compliance with all company procedures; process in Yardi Voyager.
• Conduct market surveys at comparable properties; advises Supervisor of market rents, amenities, RUBS, etc.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reports as required by Property Supervisor
• Conduct unit inspections.
• Maintain the safety and security of the commercial/apartment community at all times.
• All other duties assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications
• We require experience in high-end rental properties, offering state-of-the-art amenities
• Yardi Voyager, PayScan, RentCafé, and CRM required
• CAM reconciliation experience a huge plus
• Experience working with third parties for RATIO UTILITY BILLING SYSTEM (RUBS)
• Warm, friendly, outgoing, yet professional personality
• Experience in planning and conducting community events, such as Resident parties, yoga/fitness, etc.
• Social media marketing skills (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
• Works patiently, professionally and cooperatively with future and current tenants, providing exceptional customer service at all times
• Preserves and respects tenant and applicant confidentiality
• Outstanding customer service skills
