The Details Schedule: Every Saturday Hours: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Pay: Hourly Rate, $18–$20/hour Location: Insert Neighborhood/City What You’ll Be Doing As the face of our office on Saturdays, you’ll keep things running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include: Front Desk Excellence: Greeting visitors with a smile and directing them as needed. Communication: Managing the Saturday phone lines and responding to general email inquiries. Organization: Filing, scanning documents, and keeping the reception area tidy. Support: Assisting with light data entry and prepping materials for the upcoming week.
