SAP ERP Analyst

PGS Worldwide is seeking an SAP ERP Functional Analyst in Fort Worth, TX for a 15-month contract role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company.

The SAP ERP Functional Analyst will support manufacturing production operations by analyzing business processes, configuring SAP solutions, performing gap analysis, and supporting SAP project implementation phases. This role requires deep SAP ERP experience across master data, order data, and order functionality, along with prior experience in the client's aeronautics SAP ERP environment.

Required Skills
• Bachelor's degree with 16+ years of relevant experience, or master's degree with 14+ years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience with the client's aeronautics SAP ERP environment.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP ERP master data in one or more areas, including Material Masters, Work Centers, MBOMs, Task Lists, Routings, Ref Op Sets, General Maintenance Task Lists, or Change Masters.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP ERP order data in one or more areas, including Production Orders, Refurbishment Orders, or Network Orders.
• 5+ years of experience with SAP ERP order functionality in one or more areas, including Order Release, Order Splits, Order Confirmations, Order Scraps, Order Cancellations, Order Date Revisions, Line Rejects, Part Number Rolls, or Major Component Swaps.
• Experience understanding how SAP ERP integrates with PLM and MES systems.
• Experience authoring functional specifications based on customer requirements.
• Experience working with ABAP developers to design and standardize customized functional solutions.
• Experience writing functional requirements and developing test plans.
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, documentation, and end-user training.
• Ability to support data-driven decisions.
• Ability to apply project management skills and functional knowledge to meet operational business needs.

Preferred Skills
• Experience integrating SAP ERP with Teamcenter PLM.
• Experience integrating SAP ERP with Apriso MES.
• Experience developing training documentation and scripts using SAP methodologies.
• Experience supporting SAP blueprint, configuration, testing, and production support phases.

What You'll Do
• Analyze production operations business processes and procedures for improvement and system applicability.
• Provide SAP configuration solutions supporting manufacturing production operations.
• Perform gap analysis and system re-engineering of SAP activities.
• Support SAP project implementation phases, including blueprint, configuration, testing, and production support.
• Author functional specifications for enhancements, conversions, interfaces, and integrations.
• Work with developers to ensure requirements are being met.
• Support system design, development, configuration, and operational readiness assessments.
• Document and train end users on SAP functionality and processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support resolution.
• Serve as a functional subject matter expert for enterprise application implementation processes.

Pay
• $100.00 - $140.00 per hour
