Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• 1 year of PT experience required
• LTC or Rehab experience required
• MO State License required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8-hour days
• Start time must be no earlier than 6:00 AM and no later than 10:00 AM
• Shift times are flexible if kept consistent and communicated with the rehab director
• No weekends unless a holiday falls Monday through Friday, then hours may be made up on the weekend
• Assignment length: 13 weeks
• Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility
