OT - Occupational Therapist

Emergency Department Registered Nurse

Location: Herrin, IL

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible shifts required.

Job Description: The Emergency Department Registered Nurse will provide critical care to patients in various facilities, floating between locations as needed. The position requires proficiency in various emergency protocols and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

Administer emergency care and life support measures to patients.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes effectively.
Utilize medical technology and equipment as required.
Document patient interactions and treatment procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Current RN license in the state of Illinois.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification.
National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
