Job Title: Welder Job Description

Join our team as a Welder, where you will be responsible for fabrication and aluminum welding of various parts for trailers and tankers. This role requires proficiency in both MIG and TIG welding techniques, cutting parts to size, and using hand tools to smooth welds. You will read blueprints and schematics to meet production needs and utilize a measuring tape daily.

• Fabricate and weld aluminum parts for trailers and tankers.
• Perform MIG and TIG welding.
• Cut parts to specified sizes.
• Use various hand tools to smooth out welds.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for production.
• Utilize measuring tape daily to ensure precision.

• Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Experience in fabrication and welding techniques.

• At least 3 months of experience in aluminum welding.

We offer a contract-to-hire role with a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401K plan with company match, health, medical, and vision insurance with 90% paid by the company, life insurance, and paid time off, vacation, and holiday pay. Work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, Monday through Friday from 7am to 3:30pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. Opportunities for overtime are available before shifts and occasionally on Saturdays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Billings, MT.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Billings,MT.
