General Functions: 

This position is responsible for providing equipment service and support for a variety of financial equipment products. These products include ATM machines, recyclers, coin and currency counters, software support, document and check scanners. 

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Vocation school certificate programed preferred.
2. 2 years of electronic or background in equipment repair preferred. 
3. Prior experience in bank operations, cash processing, document/check image, coin and currency or ATM repair preferred. 
4. Prior background in construction ability preferred. 
5. Must be able to drive a vehicle, day and night, and pass an annual driving test.
6. Able to pass D.O.T. physical examination and drug screening test.
7. Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds on a regular basis.
8. Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, squat and twist in various positions while servicing equipment.
9. Must be able to read and understand written product manuals and apply that knowledge in servicing related equipment within guidelines.
10. Must have and maintain a clean driving record and be insurable.
11. Must be able to demonstrate ability to work well in a team environment, displaying a strong work ethic and integrity.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

1. Represent Edge One in a professional manner.
2. Develop and maintain technical and programming product knowledge of all products serviced by Edge One.
3. Responsible for maintenance, technical support and installation of all products designated by management.
4. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor.
