This is a hybrid work opportunity out of our Atlanta location.Responsibilities:Collaborate with product owners and data scientists to translate business needs into AI‑powered features and APIsBuild and maintain client‑facing web apps in Angular + TypeScript, Python or .NET Framework/C# backend services and APIs, secure SQL databases (T‑SQL, schema design, stored procs)Leverage Azure services (App Services, Functions, SQL Database, DevOps) for deployment, scaling and monitoringIntegrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and other AI services (such as Azure OpenAI, Custom Models Serving) into our front‑end and back‑end systemsMentor junior engineers on AI principles, code reviews, and system designAct with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environmentQualifications:Minimum two years of recent experience in software developmentMaster's degree from an accredited college or university is desired; minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, engineering or related field is requiredSolid understanding of software engineering such as microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, authentication/authorizationExperience building enterprise systems using Python, .NET, C#, Angular, SQL and Azure is preferredStrong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit‑learn) is preferred with strong communication and analytical skillsApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; KPMG LLP will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (no sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visa)KPMG LLP and its affiliates and subsidiaries (“KPMG”) complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
