Instructional Designer

Designing and developing engaging learning content, the full-time remote Instructional Designer will collaborate with subject matter experts to create instructional materials and business process documentation using adult learning theory for both instructor-led and e-learning training. Key responsibilities Design and develop training materials, including participant workbooks, facilitator guides, and eLearning scripts Support multiple projects by meeting timelines and providing project progress updates Conduct instructional analysis to assess learning needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training materials Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in curriculum development, education, organizational development, instructional design, or technical writing, or four years of relevant work experience Two years of experience in writing business processes and designing curriculum for instructor-led and web-based training Familiarity with Camtasia and Articulate Storyline software Industry certifications in instructional design or curriculum development are preferred Experience with learning management system (LMS) architecture in a corporate environment is preferred
