Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded IT Manager to join our core centralized Operations collective in a full-time remote capacity open to top talent based across the Philippines, India, and Pakistan. Serving as the master technical backbone of our AI-first internal operations, you will step up to claim true individual strategic and operational accountability for architecting, scaling, and protecting our internal technology infrastructure. Shifting completely away from legacy hands-off network monitoring, basic passive desktop helpdesk routing, or disconnected manual spreadsheet asset tracking, you will operate as a principal infrastructure engineer—collaborating face-to-face with Engineering, Strategy, and Growth cells to align platform setups with critical corporate milestones. This position requires an internet technology veteran with 3 to 7 years of background who models automated cloud-native microservices fluidly natively using Prompt Engineering parameters, develops resilient security validation scripts smoothly natively using Python Scripting workflows, and commands a relentless focus on zero-overhead business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Cloud Infrastructure Architecture: Design, build, and optimize internal cloud environments and scalable SaaS tool groups tailored explicitly to support high-throughput AI development and deployment tracks cleanly natively utilizing Prompt Engineering tools.
• Zero-Trust Security and Compliance Governance: Implement and oversee rigid, continuous cybersecurity protocols, access permission architectures, and encryption standards to protect Ajaia’s proprietary model workflows and sensitive client records.
• Omni-Channel Business Solution Automation: Engineer, deploy, and maintain automated back-office logic tracks across global CRM and CMS software platforms natively leveraging Python Scripting macros to eliminate manual overhead.
• Daily AI-Native Execution Sourcing: Systematically use advanced generative AI assistants, orchestration modules, and automated code checkers daily to perform network ideation, rapid infrastructure troubleshooting, and security variant creation.
• Cross-Functional Strategic Realignment: Partner closely with distributed software developers, growth strategists, and executive leaders, translating complex operational technical requirements cleanly into scannable action keys for non-technical management teams.
• Global Remote Asset Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage the complete procurement, shipping, security provisioning, and automated patch maintenance lifecycle for hardware and software assets assigned across our distributed virtual workforce.
• Quality Assurance and Observability Auditing: Construct and run automated testing scripts and environment monitoring tools to ensure absolute platform uptime, tracking system performance anomalies before they impact the internal core collective.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 to 7 years of verified professional history running advanced IT systems management, cloud infrastructure administration, DevOps engineering, network operations control, or technical systems consulting.
• Mandatory Daily Sourcing Execution Rule: Proven, hands-on history utilizing AI-native workflows, LLM prompts, and automated terminal tools as a daily execution standard to multiply software engineering speed and asset delivery quality.
• Deep, authoritative technical command of modern cloud platform environments, requiring direct operational experience across Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Expert-tier capability writing custom automated instructions, configuring platform macros, and tuning infrastructure prompts natively utilizing Prompt Engineering strategies.
• Practical operational familiarity writing data parsers, system auditing scripts, and continuous configuration checks natively using Python Scripting frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience configuring automated enterprise applications, security access tracking layers, and distributed cloud directory services.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication attributes in fluent English, enabling absolute confidence when presenting complex architecture roadmaps before cross-functional leadership nodes.
