Design Associate Job Details & Perks No experience required Paid training provided Full‑time position Annual company convention in Cabo, Mexico Company car for work appointments (insurance and gas covered by company) Design Associate Key Responsibilities Visit clients' homes and discuss their flooring projects Use the Sales System with the company tablet, laptop, and software (non‑negotiable) Act as the single point of contact for all flooring service requests Coordinate installation timing and communication schedules with the Office Manager Communicate customer needs and expectations to the Install Manager to ensure smooth jobs Maintain customer relationships and develop key referral sources to generate ongoing business Engage in ongoing training and educational requirements, which may involve company‑sponsored travel Pay: Potential earnings are $60,000 for an average Design Associate.
