Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant / Outpatient and Mixed-Setting Rehabilitation

Radius Staffing Solutions is recruiting physical therapists for multiple outpatient opportunities across Wyoming. One additional opening may be filled by either a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant and includes a combination of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation.

Openings are available across central, eastern, northeastern, and southeastern Wyoming. Candidates may indicate their preferred region, and the exact clinic location will be discussed during confidential screening.

Current Openings

• Five outpatient physical therapist openings
• One mixed inpatient/outpatient opening for either a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant

Job Responsibilities

Depending on the selected opening and professional license, responsibilities may include:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver evidence-informed physical therapy services
• Provide outpatient rehabilitation services at the assigned clinic
• Provide inpatient and outpatient services for the mixed-setting opening
• Implement established treatment plans under physical therapist supervision when practicing as a PTA
• Monitor patient response and adjust interventions within the clinician’s scope
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans and home programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with rehabilitation colleagues and other healthcare professionals
• Support safe transitions and continuity of care

Minimum Qualifications

For physical therapist positions:

• Degree qualifying the candidate for physical therapist licensure
• Active Wyoming physical therapist license

For the physical therapist assistant opening:

• Degree qualifying the candidate for physical therapist assistant licensure
• Active or eligble to obtain Wyoming physical therapist assistant license
