POSITION SUMMARY:

As a key leader at Pinky's, you'll oversee daily operations, develop your team, create memorable guest experiences, and help drive the restaurant's financial success. If you're passionate about hospitality, confident leading from the front, and ready to make an impact, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop the front-of-house team
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards
• Create an exceptional guest experience and resolve concerns professionally
• Hire, train, onboard, and hold team members accountable to company standards
• Create schedules and manage timekeeping and payroll through ADP
• Maintain strong communication between FOH, BOH, and management
• Maintain food safety, quality, cleanliness, and service standards
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Monitor budgets, P&L, and overall financial performance
• Promote a positive, team-focused work environment
• Lead by example and jump in wherever needed during busy shifts
• Keep the team focused, organized, and motivated in a high-volume environment

Who You'll Lead

You'll oversee a dynamic FOH team including:

• Servers
• Bartenders
• Hosts
• Food Runners
• Barbacks
• Server Assistants
• Lead Servers, Lead Bartenders, and Lead Hosts

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of restaurant experience
• 23+ years of restaurant management experience
• Experience with P&L, budgeting, inventory, and cost control
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump in wherever needed
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and special events
• 4-year college degree preferred

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to lift 40+ lbs.
• Ability to stand and remain active for a full shift
• Ability to work 40+ hours per week
• Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations
• Professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with guests
• Comfortable using POS systems, computers, and ADP
