We are excited to share the career opportunity below and look forward to receiving your application!/ppReports to: Program Administrator/ppStatus: Non-Exempt, Full Time/ppDuration: Temporary position ending September 30, 2026/ppOverview/ppThe Data Entry Specialist supports the Programs team in case management and employment programming by performing critical data entry and record keeping functions for IINE clients. The position will be responsible for data entry, data tracking, and file up-keeping. The objective of the program is to enroll clients in IINE programming./ppResponsibilities/pulliAssist with data entry and integration within case management database systems./liliComplete data entry for clients during and after intake./liliEnsure data is accurate, completing regular data entry quality assurance./liliEnsure data systems are matching and up to date./liliSupport record keeping and organization of client folders./liliUpload and support SharePoint record keeping and organization of client folders./liliAttend regularly scheduled meetings and periodic training sessions./liliPerform all other duties assigned by supervisor./liliRequired Skills/Abilities/liliStrong Excel skills required./liliExcellent organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills./liliSelf-motivated and effective communicator./liliAbility to prioritize duties in a fast-paced environment./liliProficiency in additional languages strongly preferred, particularly Haitian Creole, French, or Spanish./li/ulpEducation Experience/pulliBachelors or Associates Degree in Human Services, or related field preferred./liliMinimum of 1 year of related experience in data entry and administration./liliExperience working with immigrant populations preferred./liliCandidate must have dedication to the human rights of refugees, immigrants, and asylees./li/ulpWork Environment Conditions/pulliFrequent interruptions from employees and clients- must have ability to multi-task./liliExposure to bright and overhead office lighting/liliUse of office technology such as laptops, printers, mail machines, and other in-office equipment/liliTravel to other IINE sites for all staff trainings seldomly/li/ulpPhysical Demands/pulliOccasional lifting, pushing, and pulling materials (boxes, equipment) of 50 pounds or more./liliContinuous sitting (or standing) at a desk for long periods of time./liliOccasional driving to and from IINE offices as needed./li/ul/div
