Job Title: Welder - 3rd Shift Job Description

Join our team as a Welder on the 3rd shift where you will apply your skills in welding and blueprint reading. You will use conventional and precision measuring instruments daily, conduct process inspections, and handle certification and documentation of parts. Additionally, you will perform finish grinding applications using both manual and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints for welding projects.

• Perform MIG welding on stainless steel and carbon steel.

• Conduct weld preparation and finishing operations.

• Use conventional and precision measuring instruments.

• Perform process inspections and ensure certifications and documentation of parts.

• Engage in finish grinding applications using manual and power tools.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in MIG welding with 1+ years of experience.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Experience with measuring instruments and welding certifications.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in Robotic Welding.

• Proficiency in welding stainless steel and carbon steel.

Work Environment

Work alongside a dedicated welding and fabrication team during the 3rd shift from 9:30pm to 6am. Embrace a collaborative environment where safety and precision are prioritized.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manitowoc, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.87 - $26.87/hr.
