Litigation Paralegal

Chamblee Ryan, PC is looking for litigation paralegals to add to the team. The ideal candidate will have at least 4+ years of defense litigation experience. This is a full-time position for the Dallas, Texas location. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Manage high volume of files from inception to trial. Draft and analyze legal documents, including discovery, pleadings and correspondence. Constant communication with court, counsel and clients. Assist attorney(s) in all phases of trial-preparation, including but not limited to all pre-trial pleadings, redacting medical, preparing deposition page/line summaries, etc. Managing case deadlines and attorney calendars. Assist with deposition, meeting, or interview preparations. Subpoena, summarize and analyze medical, radiology and billing records, and compile information to prepare final medical summaries/expense summaries. Working knowledge of the Texas Rules of Civil Procedures and Texas Statutes. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
