Occupational Therapist
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for providing occupational therapy services to clients of the agency. The primary function is the provision of direct patient care, including collaboration with other team members and participation in the development of the patient's comprehensive plan of care.
Rehabilitation equipment including but not limited to:
- splints
- orthoses
- prostheses
- wheelchairs
- ADL equipment
- modalities
PLEASE DO NOT UPLOAD A TRAVELER TO THIS ASSIGNMENT WHO WOULD LIKE TO WORK IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANOTHER PERM PLACEMENT OR TRAVEL ASSIGNMENT
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD/DURING INTERVIEW WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
Travelers may not take all holidays off. MUST work TWO blocks (if scheduled/needed):
Thanksgiving Day/Friday after and weekend after
Christmas Eve through Christmas Day and weekend after
New Year Eve through New Year Day and weekend after
8hrs non-billable orientation Holiday and OT Multipliers - 1.25%
