Job Purpose / Overview:

The TTS Client Executive operates as the leader and primary client interface for a dedicated portfolio, fostering a strategic partnership with the client. In collaboration with TTS Sales, Banking, and Product teams, the CE's core objective is to lead the client experience journey by deeply understanding client treasury needs and operational frameworks, enabling the proactive delivery of tailored TTS solutions and directly driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Banking, and Product teams to orchestrate project success, accelerate product adoption, and maximize revenue growth and retention.
• Lead Critical Initiatives: Gather and act on client feedback, support new business, and ensure compliance with Citi policies and regulatory requirements.
• Shaping Client Communication & Experience: Manage the global network, communicate strategic product and regulatory changes, lead relationship reviews, and ensure adherence to credit, risk, and sales processes to deliver a superior client experience and secure revenue retention.
• Strategic Client Advocacy: Act as the client advocate across Citi's global network to drive client satisfaction and business retention through proactive communication with key decision-makers and internal client teams.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Strategic engagement: Collaborate across Sales and Product to understand key TTS Sales activities and drive project completion through product adoption and revenue realization.
• Coordinate critical projects: Implement new solutions, drive Voice of the Customer feedback, and lead associated action plans.
• Compliance: Direct and manage CITIKYC/AML requirements for new opportunities within the defined client portfolio.
• Client communications: Lead communications regarding product migrations, regulatory changes, and market updates; act as principal client advocate and lead change management for TTS.
• Client Experience reviews: Lead proactive TTS relationship reviews with key client contacts and decision-makers.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Drive visibility of pending actions and support adoption and revenue realization.
• Pricing & communication: Partner with Sales to ensure the client-facing team understands pricing and communicates effectively across the network and with the client.
• Issue resolution: Champion client issues, coordinating with Service and Operations to secure superior satisfaction and retention.
• Revenue planning: Manage annual revenue budgeting and monthly revenue analysis; communicate findings to stakeholders to safeguard and grow revenue.
• Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to TTS credit, risk, and sales processes.
• Credit needs & overdraft process: Engage with clients to understand ad-hoc credit needs and participate in the monthly Overdraft management process.
• Stakeholder communication: Inform key stakeholders of client needs regarding product requirements.
• AML inquiries: Handle AML inquiries promptly and thoroughly per Citi policies.
• Novations: Lead collaboration with Operations and Legal for client novations.
