Vaughn is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team and help us attract, engage, and connect with talented individuals.

This is a dynamic position with a flexible schedule that works closely with our Marketing, HR, and Training departments . We're looking for someone with previous recruiting or related experience who is eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and is excited to learn more about the construction industry .

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll play an important role in helping Vaughn attract new talent while supporting company-wide communication, marketing, and events.

• Support the Marketing team with recruiting and company initiatives
• Lead tours of Vaughn facilities for prospective employees, students, and visitors
• Assist with internal communications and employee engagement
• Represent Vaughn at career fairs and recruiting events
• Order, organize, and manage promotional materials
• Plan and coordinate internal and external events
• Track, analyze, and report recruiting and marketing analytics and trends
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, and Training to develop new ways to attract and engage talent

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, marketing, workforce development, event coordination, community outreach, or a related field
• Must be comfortable working outside of standard business hours as needed for events and recruiting activities
• Frequent local travel throughout Ohio for school visits, recruiting events, community engagement, and company activities. Overnight travel is limited and varies based on business needs.
• Valid driver's license - Required
• Bachelor's degree - Preferred
