Position: Lead Press Operator
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00/hr
Shifts Available: 1st shift
Location: Fitchburg, MA 01420
What You’ll Be Doing
We’re hiring immediately for a Lead Press Operator role in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We are hiring a Screen Print Press Operator Lead to run automatic screen printing presses and lead a small production team. Responsibilities may include:
- Set up, run, and monitor automatic screen printing presses
- Inspect prints for quality, color, size, and adhesion
- Troubleshoot press, ink, and print issues
- Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance
- Train and lead up to 4 operators
- Review job orders and verify materials
- Track colors and production records
- Maintain a clean, safe work area
- More duties may be assigned upon hire.
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years printing experience (screen printing preferred)
- Automatic press experience required
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong focus on safety and quality
- Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Individual)
- Must pass background check
Additional Information
- 1st shift, 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Monday - Friday
