Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (Travel)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department serving a diverse patient population including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Maintain a patient ratio of 4:1 in a 25-bed Emergency Department
• Utilize the Paragon electronic health record (EHR) system for documentation and care coordination
• Work expected night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) with approximately 2 weekends per month
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams within a teaching hospital environment
• Maintain compliance with all required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Washington
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC
• Expected weekly hours of 36 or 48 hours; no on-call requirements
• Must reside more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel placement

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with the Paragon EHR system
• Experience caring for a broad patient population including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
• Familiarity with high-volume emergency department environments
