Job Title: Contingent Clinical Care LVN/LPN PT - MC Address: Goodyear, AZ Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications. Evaluate complex patient conditions, monitor pain levels, and document treatment responses. Apply advanced knowledge of vital sign monitoring to identify and record abnormalities. Manage patient access to healthcare and connect individuals with community resources. Develop and administer mental health assessments to screen for depression. Accurately document patient medical history using electronic health records. Keep an organized, well-stocked, clean clinic at all times. Critical Information Work schedules will be created in 6-week blocks following the 3 weeks of training/orientation. A typical work week will be two or three weekdays and every other weekend. This is a temporary/contract position. Education/Licenses Needed Full, active, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse. Minimum of one-year related work experience in a healthcare setting. Benefits Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
