Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and compassionate medical professional to join our concierge medical team! We provide the environment for you to put your technical skills and compassion to use without the pressure of a volume-driven corporation, as well as the opportunity to invest long-term in a practice that is sustainably growing.
Responsibilities:- Initial intake for clinic visits including taking vitals, documenting medical history and other necessary information
- Starting and monitoring IV infusions
- Assisting with procedures including prepping patient and preparing supplies
- Lab draws including venipuncture and ensuring proper requisitions and preparation for lab
- Assist with prescription refills
- Answering calls from patients with clinical questions
- Responding to emails regarding clinical questions
- Insurance authorizations for medications, DME and procedures
- Maintaining inventory
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years previous experience in nursing
- Familiarity with medical tools and equipment
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to patient care and compassion
- Works well within a team
