Job Type: Part-Time | Per-Diem | Independent Contractor (1099)

Location: Pike & Monroe Counties, Pennsylvania

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience (per evaluation, supervision, and treatment session)

Bruno Pediatric Therapy Services is a growing concierge pediatric occupational therapy practice providing individualized, in-home therapy services to children throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. We believe every child deserves personalized care in the environment where they learn and grow best.

We are seeking compassionate, motivated Occupational Therapists (OTR/L) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTA/L) to join our expanding team.

Whether you're looking for a few clients each week or hoping to grow your caseload over time, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Occupational Therapist (OTR/L)

• Conduct comprehensive pediatric occupational therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized plans of care and treatment goals.
• Provide direct treatment services as needed.
• Supervise COTAs in accordance with Pennsylvania practice regulations.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers.
• Complete documentation in a timely manner.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/L)

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatment under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Implement treatment plans established by the supervising OT.
• Educate families on home strategies.
• Complete accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with the supervising OT and caregivers.

Pediatric Experience Preferred

Experience working with children with:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• ADHD
• Developmental Delays
• Sensory Processing Differences
• Fine Motor Delays
• Handwriting Difficulties
• Emotional Regulation
• Executive Functioning
• Self-Care Skills (ADLs)

Qualifications

Occupational Therapist

• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Professional Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

• Active Pennsylvania COTA License.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Professional Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
